A Legacy of Light
Jimmy Graves was a son, brother and grandson. He was a hard worker. Jimmy was a young man of faith. He was kind. He was smart. He was respectful. He was his own young man—quiet, confident. Many of the things he did with and for people in his circle and outside of it only began to see light after Jimmy’s passing. Jimmy Graves never talked about what he did. He simply did what he knew to be right – he reflected his light upon all.
“Don’t quit. Be a champion.”

A Community Vision
“After the tragedy involving my son, it became so apparent the positive impact he had,” Graves said. “One of the things he thoroughly enjoyed in his life was sports. He’s played on those fields. I’ve watched him play on those fields. This opportunity means more to me than you will ever know.” – Joe Graves
