We focus on a two-generational and community leader strategy, partnering with students, educators, student influencers, parents, and guardians to realize our mission to drive student engagement through leadership training and service-learning.

Our Curriculum



Grounded in over 30 years of extensive research, Student Leadership Challenge identifies The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. The Student Leadership Challenge focuses on how student leaders mobilize others to get extraordinary things done. The evidence-based curriculum teaches students the practices leaders use to transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innovations, individuality into collaboration, risks into rewards and how to turn challenging opportunities into remarkable successes.Student Leadership Challenge is endorsed by Florida State University, Florida Atlantic University, University of West Florida, University of Tennessee, Texas Christian University, Louisiana State University,  Columbia University, University of California, University of Texas, Oklahoma State University, Mississippi State University, Texas A&M International University,and many more organizations, schools, and leadership experts.


Habitudes leadership curriculum combines image-based learning, reliable stories, and experiences to help instill important leadership habits in students equipping them to navigate through life’s challenges and opportunities. Each image introduces young adults to powerful leadership habits and principles rooted in real life, sparking conversations with facilitators that lead to memorable experiences. These unique and transformative encounters are a part of an ongoing process that builds leadership habits and attitudes.  Habitudes curriculum is taught at hundreds of high schools, colleges, universities and professional sports teams around the county. The curriculum has been featured on Fox News, CNN, Forbes and the Huffington Post. Habitudes is endorsed by the NFL, Kansas City Royals, University of Alabama, Duke University, Georgia Tech University, Purdue University, Wake Forest University, Virginia Tech, Chick-fil-A, U.S Department of Justice, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, John C. Maxwell, and many more organizations, schools, and leadership experts.


The NFL and USA Football have worked with leaders in both medicine and sports across the country to create a full-featured curriculum used to address key safety issues- and ensure that every coach understands and knows how to protect players at all levels. Heads Up sets the highest standards in the sport reinforcing and building on efforts to enhance the safety of players, inspire the involvement of coaches and gain the support of parents and the school community all while giving the football community one voice when it comes to safety. im.


InSideOut, the NFL’s research-based leadership and character development curriculum,  transforms the “win-at-all-costs” sports culture in high school communities, where value is only defined by the win-loss record, to one that defines and promotes the life-sustaining development of the athlete’s inner life. Powered by the NFL Foundation, InsideOut catalyzes partnerships with educational leaders, state athletic associations and NFL clubs to redefine the role of interscholastic sports and help intentionally develop the educational, social and emotional well-being of each student-athlete.  InsideOut provides a blueprint for that systemic change.

ADDO Chik-Fil-A Leadership Program

Developed in partnership with ADDO, Chick-fil-A Leader Academy curriculum was developed to provide a fresh approach to leadership education and service in local communities. The ADDO Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is unique. It provides opportunities for action with a focus on leadership skills and provides a platform for students to lead through Impact Projects that make a positive difference in the community. Since 2013, ADDO has helped scale Chick-fil-A Leader Academy to over 700 high schools in 35 states with 430 Chick-fil-A Restaurants and 21,000 students making a positive impact in their local communities. Addo has been featured on Fox News, CNN, CNBC, The New York Times, Bloomberg Business Week, Washington Post, and is endorsed by Auburn University, University of Georiga, Atlanta Braves, and many more organizations, schools , and leadership experts.

John Maxwell’s youth track offers a variety of leadership and character building curriculum for students ages 10-18. John Maxwell and Nick Vujici tagteam teaching iChoose and YouthMax, research informed curricilium that focuses on aniti-bullying, key principles to aid in developing and maintaining a positive self-image, character development and how youth can turn failure into success.
